Family has played a crucial role in Joe’s business journey, providing both support and motivation. “My wife is my biggest supporter, she’s my biggest cheerleader, she’s also my biggest coach,” Joe says. A pivotal moment occurred when he recognized the need to approach parenting with the same resilience he applied to his own business. “I realized like, I can’t parent this way. Let me try to do what I do at work, relate to somebody, find out why they did it, and then give them a different alternative,” he reflects.
