As he rose through the ranks at Rocket Mortgage, Christian began to consider the possibilities beyond his corporate job. He realized that true job security and stability didn’t lie in working for someone else but in creating something of his own. This realization led him to start his own business, building on the networks he’d cultivated. “If you want true job security and job stability […] the only way to do that is by becoming the job.”
Throughout his career Christian has always believed in staying true to his word and his values. “It’s very important not only to be a trustworthy person and a reliable person, but for someone to have their words and their actions directly align with each other.” For him, integrity isn’t just a professional virtue; it’s personal. It’s this commitment to follow through on promises that has allowed him to build a reputation for reliability, a trait that has helped him grow both personally and professionally.
One of the key aspects of Christian’s success is his commitment to learning from different perspectives. While he didn’t have a traditional mentor or role model, he learned from the sacrifices his father and grandfather made to provide for their families. This taught him the importance of hard work and the desire to be the best version of himself. “I just wanted to be the best version of myself and make everyone proud.”

Christian understands that the only way to earn trust and build lasting relationships is by living up to the promises made. “Being able to say, ‘Hey, I will do this’ and then actually follow through with that to see the result is what creates reliability.”
